Scheduled System Upgrade: Limited Services Sat, Feb 21 (7:00 a.m. – up to 8 hours). Branches, Contact Center, and Online Banking will be unavailable.

On Saturday, February 21, we will complete a scheduled system upgrade starting at 7:00 a.m. The upgrade is expected to take up to 8 hours. During this time, all Sun Community branches and our Contact Center will be closed, and Online Banking will be unavailable. ATMs and debit card purchases will continue to work, but transactions will process under offline limits, and you may experience reduced cash availability. There is no impact to your account information as part of this upgrade. If you are traveling or expect to make a larger purchase, please contact us in advance so we can help you plan accordingly.
