The service is changing, and you need to take action if you would like to continue receiving documents electronically. You do not need to take any action if you would prefer to receive all account-related documents in paper form.
Sun Community is in the process of implementing a new vendor to deliver all periodic statements, tax documents, and account-related agreements and notices electronically.
This new system is programmed to send all eligible account-related documents to those who consent to receive them electronically. It cannot send only selected categories of documents. Your current eStatements settings consent to electronic delivery for some categories, such as periodic statements, notices, or tax documents, but not all of the categories available to you. Because of this, we are not able to seamlessly transition your consent to the new system.
In order to continue receiving documents electronically, as well as all other eligible account-related documents once the new system is implemented, you must consent to receive all categories of documents electronically. Depending on the accounts and loans you hold with us, including real estate or commercial loans, you may have three or more document categories available to you.
Take action now to ensure a seamless transition. By July 31, 2026, log on to Online Banking and select the “eStatements” tab. Navigate to the page where you can review your document categories, which may include periodic statements, notices, tax documents, and loan-related documents. Make sure ALL boxes are selected to give your consent to receive all account-related documents electronically.
If you do not take this action by July 31, 2026, you will no longer receive any documents electronically and will be unenrolled from all categories, receiving all future documents in paper form.
If you miss this deadline, you can still update your document delivery preferences at any time by logging in to Online Banking and visiting the “eStatements” tab.
Please also note: As outlined in a previous Change of Terms notice, a $5 monthly maintenance fee applies to checking accounts that are not enrolled in electronic statements. If you are unenrolled from all electronic document categories on August 1, 2026, this fee will apply to your checking account going forward. This fee does not apply to members who are 24 or younger, or 65 or older.
