Stop Payments
A stop payment can be placed on a check simply by furnishing us with the correct check information, provided the item has not already cleared your account. There are several ways to initiate a stop payment on your account. Stop payments are good for six months from the date entered and incur a fee of $20.00 to your checking account.
You may enter a stop payment request by visiting Sunrise Community Bank or by calling our customer service line at 760.346.6139.
Loan Inquiries
We welcome any loan questions you may have. If you wish to make a loan application, dial 760.346.6139. An experienced lender will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your request.
Change of Address
For your protection, changes of address on an account require a signature by one of the owners. Email ebank@sunrisecommunitybank.com to request a Change of Address form, print it, and then mail it to:
